Enrico’s Catering was founded in January 2011 by me (Enrique Story) and my wife, Rosanna Peragine. Our business evolved from cooking daily meals to organizing and feeding up to 2000 people in a single event through the years. My kids have also been the best cooks we ever had! And my brothers and sisters were and still are the best marketing tool we have. Our employees have been with us during these ten years, and they have been our customer service emissaries. We are grateful to have them. We are a family ready to serve you.

At Enrico’s Catering we specialized in Mediterranean Food. Our specialties are mostly from Spain, Greece and Italy. From meats to fish, seafood and birds, Rice and pastas, we create the best menu combinations for you to taste and enjoy. We focus in the freshest and best ingredients to reach the perfect flavor.
